Account Deletion Policy

You are always free to stop using SehVarta and delete your account. This page explains how, and what happens to your data and wallet balance.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account inside the app, or email support@digikray.com from your registered email/mobile with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify the request via OTP or your registered contact details before processing it, to prevent unauthorised deletion of your account.

2. What Happens to Your Wallet Balance

Before requesting deletion, please withdraw any eligible cash balance or note that any remaining unredeemed points/cash balance will be forfeited on deletion, since a deleted account cannot receive future payouts. We recommend completing any pending withdrawal first.

3. What Is Deleted vs. What Is Retained

  • Deleted/anonymised: your profile information, posts, chat messages sent by you (subject to point 4 below), Reels/videos, and social connections are removed or anonymised from active use within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
  • Retained where legally required: transaction and wallet/withdrawal records may be retained for a longer period as required under applicable financial, tax, and anti-fraud regulations, even after account deletion. Records may also be retained where necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a legal dispute involving your account.

4. Shared Content & Conversations

Messages you sent to other users may still be visible to the other participant(s) of that conversation after your account is deleted, similar to how deleting your account on most messaging/social platforms works, unless you use "delete for everyone" on individual messages beforehand.

5. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days of verification. You will receive a confirmation once your request is complete.

6. Reversing a Deletion Request

If you change your mind before the deletion is finalised, contact support@digikray.com immediately to cancel the request.
