Rewards, Wallet & Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains, in detail, how SehVarta's points, referral, creator-reward and withdrawal system works, and supplements our Terms & Conditions.

1. Earning Points

  • Viewer rewards: you earn points for watching Reels/videos, with the exact rate per category set and published by SehVarta admin, and shown in-app.
  • Creator milestone rewards: creators with at least 1,000 accepted friend connections earn rupee-value rewards (converted to points at the prevailing conversion rate) at every 1,000 views on their Reels, subject to the friend-count requirement being met at the time the milestone is reached.
  • Referral rewards: you and the friend you refer may each receive a joining bonus when they complete registration using your referral code, at rates set by SehVarta admin.
  • Other tasks: SehVarta may run additional point-earning tasks or campaigns from time to time, with terms shown at the time of the task.

2. Points-to-Cash Conversion

Points convert to wallet cash balance automatically at SehVarta's published conversion rate once your points balance crosses the platform's auto-convert threshold. The conversion rate may change over time; conversions already completed are not affected by later rate changes.

3. Withdrawals

  • Cash balance can be withdrawn once it meets the minimum withdrawal amount shown in your wallet.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed by SehVarta admin before payout, which may include identity/KYC verification to prevent fraud and comply with law.
  • Approved withdrawals are paid out via the bank/UPI details you provide; incorrect details provided by you may delay or prevent payout, and SehVarta is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details you supplied.
  • Processing times for approved withdrawals will be shown in-app and may vary based on the payout method and bank processing times.

4. Fraud, Abuse & Reward Forfeiture

SehVarta actively monitors for fake views, click-farms, self-referrals, duplicate/bot accounts, and other manipulation of the rewards system. Points or cash earned through such activity will be reversed, and repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension or termination and forfeiture of the associated wallet balance, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

5. Changes to Rates & Rules

SehVarta reserves the right to change viewer point rates, creator milestone values, referral bonuses, conversion rates, minimum withdrawal amounts, and eligibility rules at any time. Changes apply going forward from the date they are published in-app.
