Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, SehVarta (operated by Digikray) has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints and grievances from users of the Platform.

2. What You Can Raise

You may contact the Grievance Officer about: content you believe violates our Community Guidelines or Terms & Conditions, copyright or trademark infringement (see our Copyright Policy), privacy or data concerns, account access or wallet/withdrawal disputes, or any other complaint about the Platform.

3. How Complaints Are Handled

  • Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We aim to resolve grievances within 15 days, as required under the IT Rules, 2021, except where a complaint requires longer investigation (for example, a disputed copyright counter-notice), in which case we will keep you informed of progress.
  • For complaints about specific content (posts, Reels, chat messages, comments), please include the exact link or enough detail to locate the content, and your account details.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the response from the Grievance Officer, you may escalate by replying to the same email thread requesting escalation, or pursue the matter through the appropriate legal/regulatory channel available to you under Indian law.
