Copyright Policy

Last updated: 01 Aug 2026

SehVarta respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains what content is and isn't allowed, and how we handle infringement complaints, consistent with the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What You May Post

Only post content (images, videos, audio, music, text, Reels) that you own, have created yourself, or have permission/licence to share. Do not upload copyrighted music, film clips, TV content, artwork, or other protected material without the rights to do so, per our Community Guidelines.

2. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on SehVarta infringes your copyright, email support@digikray.com with the subject "Copyright Complaint" and include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact link/location of the infringing content on SehVarta.
  • Your contact details and a statement that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate, made in good faith.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and take action (which may include removing the content) within 7 business days of a valid complaint, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@digikray.com with the subject "Copyright Counter-Notice", explaining why the removal was in error along with your contact details. We will review and may reinstate the content if the counter-notice is valid and not disputed further by the original complainant.

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts found to repeatedly post infringing content may have that content removed and the account restricted or terminated, per our Terms & Conditions.

5. Trademark Complaints

If you believe your trademark (brand name, logo, or mark) is being misused on the Platform, email support@digikray.com with the subject "Trademark Complaint" and the same details as a copyright complaint above (mark, registration details if any, location of the misuse, and your contact details).

6. Contact

All copyright, trademark and takedown requests are handled by our Grievance Officer.
