Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to reward points, wallet cash balances, withdrawal requests, and any paid features or products offered on SehVarta.

1. Reward Points & Wallet Balances

Points and cash credited to your wallet through viewing, tasks, referrals, or creator milestone rewards are promotional in nature and are not purchased with real money unless explicitly stated at the time of a paid transaction. As such, standard "refund" does not apply to points earned through platform activity — instead, points/cash may be reversed by SehVarta if they were credited due to fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, fake engagement, or any violation of our Terms & Conditions.

2. Withdrawal Requests

  • Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it enters an admin review queue and cannot be edited; you may request cancellation before it is approved by contacting support.
  • If a withdrawal is rejected after review (for example, due to failed KYC verification or a policy violation), the requested cash amount is credited back to your in-app wallet balance.
  • Once a payout has been approved and processed to your bank account/UPI, it cannot be reversed by SehVarta; any bank-side delays or failures should be raised with your bank and our support team.

3. Paid Products / In-App Purchases

If SehVarta offers any paid products, subscriptions, or ecommerce items redeemable via points or cash, refund eligibility (if any) for that specific purchase will be shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, digital rewards and redeemed items are non-refundable once fulfilled/delivered.

4. How to Request a Review

If you believe a wallet deduction, rejected withdrawal, or points reversal was made in error, contact support@digikray.com with your account details and transaction reference within 30 days. We aim to review and respond within 7 business days.

5. Changes

SehVarta may update this policy as new paid features are introduced; the current version always applies to future transactions.
